I had an absolutely amazing experience at EAG Dodge in Mt Pleasant. My service advisor was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to all my vehicle's needs. My car's AC was non-functional, and the team managed to diagnose and complete the repair in just one day. I highly recommend this service department for their efficiency and professionalism. For those who prefer to communicate in Spanish, Nick is also bilingual.

Ty for setting me up with a great used vehicle sight unseen and delivered to us in Tyler! Spoke with Tee in person at EAG before the vehicle was on the lot and by phone to handle the purchase. Ty Sarah in financing for talking us through the processes, emailing and texting for docusigning everything, and finalizing the purchase.

Service managers and staff were friendly, honest, professional in guiding us through multiple mechanical issues with our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and the Mopar service warranty . They demonstrated above the call duty to obtain needed parts that had been delayed. We are very pleased with the repairs and plan to continue utilizing their services. We are also pleased with the care of a 2019 Ram 1500 we purchased from this dealership. Keep up the excellent work.
